Performance Company
This competitive dance group was created to cultivate a dynamic and passionate group of performers dedicated to excellence.
The PMDI Performance Company offers selected dancers, ages 8 and up, a wide range of opportunities to enhance their training and performance experience. Members take part in the annual company ballet production, participate in community and statewide showcases and outreach initiatives, and perform several featured pieces in the annual May recital. In addition, dancers benefit from access to master classes, dance conventions, and competitive events throughout the year.
PMPC Company Membership Requirements:
- Attend their respective company audition in the summer on June 6th (if you are unable to audition on this day, please contact us for an alternative).
-Participate in our Company Intensive June 2nd-5th.
- Participate in our 6-week summer ballet (two if above a 5th grade level), jazz and lyrical technique classes.
- Be enrolled in the proper weekly ballet (two if above a 5th grade level), contemporary/modern and one jazz technique classes during the 2025-2026 dance season.
- Attend weekly Saturday rehearsals from 11:15am-1:15pm throughout the entire 2025-2026 dance season and weekly competition dance rehearsal(s) depending on placement.
